The Victorian Government is a major employer with the Office of Public Employment acting as its HR department. They run a leadership management program aimed at recognising and training good leaders in all facets of the Victorian Government. Despite the program’s value and merits, it needed a creative edge to make communicating it more desirable.
idea
Matthew Braden developed the concept of using illustration to depict the leadership values and highlight its pragmatism. This created the breakthrough needed and the concept was used to produce the leadership management manual.
outcome
All Victorian public servants were introduced and informed about the 8 principles of leadership practice effectively.
