brief
McMillan Shakespeare is the leading provider of independent salary packaging services in Australia. Its list of clients include a variety of state governments, hospitals, charities and private sector organisations. The brief came two-fold, develop a creative engine for internal communication of its key values and the need to rebrand and reposition its product.
idea
The campaign started off with developing visually-centric creatives to communicate the key values. Illustration was used to metaphorically represent the values and it was executed across a variety of mediums, online and offline. Next a design audit of the marketing collaterals was conducted. This led to development of a style guide which laid the foundation for the development of product brochures and promotional campaigns supporting them.
outcome
The campaign was reported a success as measured by feedback during staff performance reviews. This also translated across to the entire business where greater productivity and efficiency, including morale was achieved, all contributions to the bottom line.
